1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client”, “you”, or “your”) and Falcon Eco Cleaning Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your use of our cleaning services. By booking or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Services

Falcon Eco Cleaning Ltd provides professional eco-friendly cleaning services including but not limited to:

  • Residential home cleaning
  • Commercial and office cleaning
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning
  • End of tenancy cleaning
  • Deep cleaning services
  • After builders cleaning
  • Appliance and oven cleaning
  • Pressure washing services

All services are subject to availability and must be booked in advance.

3. Booking and Scheduling

3.1 Booking Confirmation: A booking is confirmed once you receive written confirmation from us via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

3.2 Accurate Information: You must provide accurate and complete information about the property, access arrangements, and any specific requirements when booking.

3.3 Access: You must ensure that our team has access to the property at the scheduled time. If access is not provided, the service may be cancelled, and you may be charged a cancellation fee.

4. Pricing and Quotations

4.1 Quotations: All quotations are estimates based on the information provided. Final pricing may vary if the actual condition of the property differs significantly from the initial description.

4.2 Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices for additional work required beyond the original scope. Any additional charges will be communicated to you before proceeding.

4.3 Minimum Charges: Some services have minimum charge requirements, which will be communicated during the booking process.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed methods.

5.2 Payment Due: Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. For commercial contracts, payment terms may be agreed separately.

5.3 Late Payment: Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts at a rate of 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate.

5.4 Deposits: We may require a deposit for certain services, particularly large or specialized jobs. Deposit requirements will be communicated during booking.

6. Cancellation Policy

6.1 Client Cancellation: You may cancel or reschedule your booking by providing at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the booking value.

6.2 Same-Day Cancellation: Cancellations made on the day of service may be charged at 100% of the booking value.

6.3 Company Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, including staff illness or emergencies. In such cases, we will provide reasonable notice and offer to reschedule at no additional cost.

7. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide a safe working environment for our staff
  • Ensure that all utilities (water, electricity) are available and functional
  • Secure or remove valuable and fragile items before cleaning
  • Inform us of any pets, security systems, or special access requirements
  • Report any pre-existing damage or areas of concern before the service begins
  • Provide adequate parking or cover parking costs where applicable

8. Liability and Insurance

8.1 Insurance: We maintain appropriate public liability insurance for our services.

8.2 Damage Claims: While we take every care when cleaning your property, accidents can occasionally happen. You must report any damage within 24 hours of service completion. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

8.3 Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the service provided or £500, whichever is lower. We are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage resulting from improper use or maintenance of items.

8.4 Excluded Items: We are not responsible for damage to antiques, items of sentimental value, or items valued over £200 unless specifically agreed in writing beforehand.

9. Satisfaction Guarantee

We are committed to customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with our service, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make reasonable efforts to rectify any issues, including returning to re-clean specific areas if necessary, at no additional charge.

10. Health and Safety

We use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products that are safe for humans and pets. However, you should inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or special requirements before the service begins. We reserve the right to refuse work if we deem the environment unsafe for our staff.

11. Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Falcon Eco Cleaning Ltd and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
